For Groupon clients who have already bought a Groupon voucher:

 

Groupon deals are not valid for Treatwell bookings. If you book through Treatwell, you will be charged the Treatwell price.

 

From 1st July 2025, Groupon deals will not be available.

 

Any Groupon bought before this date will be accepted.

 

We can offer special deals for you; ask us for more details.

Payment Policy

 

To ensure transparency and professionalism in the services we provide, we kindly inform you of the following payment policy:

 

1. All appointments for new clients are confirmed only after full prepayment is received.

 

 

2. For regular clients, a 50% deposit of the treatment cost is required to secure the booking.

 

 

 

Cancellation Policy:

 

In the event of a cancellation or no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.

 

If the cancellation is made on our part, a full refund will be issued.
